Getting the right improvements done

After many years as a consultant in Poland, Switzerland, and Norway, I have gone through many eLearning programs. This is without a doubt the best I have seen! Both in terms of content, format, and pedagogy.

This is not just good. It's very good!

The eLearning is fantastic. To put it bluntly, I feel like a carpenter who for 20 years has hammered in nails with a stone and then discovers that there is a hammer and nail gun.

Green Belt Basic eLearning is structured in an understandable way, and provides an effective introduction to Lean, Six Sigma and BIS. The eLearning works great as preparation for the Green Belt course.

During execution of improvement projects, this practical approach proved helpful to structure the different stages during project implementation. The approach is taking into account the various stakeholders and mapping their specific requirements. This would most likely not be addressed to its full extent without this method. The process provides confidence in our Lean team following a set recipe. This approach actually delivers concrete results on the bottom line.
